Top-of-the-head Tube Design

The AirFit P30i top-of-head tubing gives patients the mobillity to sleep in any position they wish without difficulty. Movements in the night do not disrupt airflow or device operations, and the easy quick-release elbow allows for simple and convenient disconnection and reconnection for bathroom breaks or other purposes. Ideal for the active sleeper, the AirFit P30i is designed with patient needs in mind, providing a comfortable mask option that accommodates natural sleep habits and preferences.

QuietAir Double-Diffused Venting

The AirFit P30i uses its QuietAir vent technology to minimize noise and break up exhaled air with extra diffusers, making it smooth and quiet like a light breeze. The diffuser vents direct air away from the mask at an angle that also keeps it from blowing toward a bed partner. A quieter, well-vented therapy experience allows for more intimate sleeping and a more diverse range of possible positions.

Form-Fitting Frame

ResMed’s new SpringFit frame uses flexible hinges to conform to facial structures, making the P30i frame a versatile mask for a range of facial types and sizes, including both nasal pillow and nasal cushion options (N30i). The flexible ridges can stretch and contract to accommodate facial contours, and the built-in soft sleeves fit snugly upon the cheeks to keep the mask from imprinting upon the skin or causing redness or irritation.

Interchangeable Nasal Pillows

The AirFit P30i allows for both nasal pillows and the AirFit N30i nasal cradle cushion. These are interchangeable for further options and variability. For further variability, the soft dual-wall pillows are offered in small, medium, and large sizes. This range of options allows users to try different fittings before deciding on their own individual preferences.

One-Size-Fits-All Headgear

The AirFit P30i headgear is designed to fit anyone, regardless of head or facial structure. The P30i one-size-fits-all headgear has very few touchpoints on the face and attaches at the back of the head using velcro straps that provide a firm connection. The straps are extremely resistant to movement or pressure, allowing for turning or repositioning on the pillow as the patient sleeps.

Compatibility

The AirFit P30i frame and headgear are universal and interchangeable with the N30i nasal cushion design with a simple disconnection of the pillow base or frame. In addition, the P30i will work with any of ResMed’s CPAP, BiPAP, or VPAP machines except for the ResMed AirMini Travel CPAP, which is a compact design used only with Mini-compatible models.
