Return Policy

CPAP Machines:

CPAP machines may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery if the unit is unused and in new condition. Approved returns are eligible for a refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If a CPAP machine has been used, a refund of 70% of the purchase price will be issued upon return.

Machines that are damaged, incomplete, or missing components are not eligible for full refunds. Any missing or damaged items will be deducted from the refund amount.

CPAP Masks:

Masks are not eligible for return if they have been used, damaged, or opened due to hygiene and safety considerations.

Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable.

New to PAP?

If you are unfamiliar with CPAP equipment or accessories, we recommend reviewing manufacturer documentation or consulting a qualified professional prior to purchase. SISTEMMA does not guarantee suitability, performance outcomes, or compatibility beyond the specifications provided by the manufacturer.

Product features, configurations, and performance may vary. Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate to their requirements.

Memory Cards

If a memory card is required, please request it prior to shipment. Customers may also use their own SD card with a minimum capacity of 32GB.

Product Images and Descriptions

Product images are provided for reference only and may differ slightly from the item received. Product descriptions are based on manufacturer-provided information and marketing materials. SISTEMMA does not guarantee that all descriptions are free from errors or omissions.

Defects and Non-Functioning Products

Returns for products with verified manufacturing defects will be accepted. Customers must contact SISTEMMA prior to returning any item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued until the returned item has been inspected.

If a defect is confirmed, SISTEMMA may issue a replacement or coordinate service with the manufacturer. In cases where no defect is identified, the product may be forwarded to the manufacturer for further evaluation. Manufacturer review timelines may take up to three weeks.

For products outside the warranty period, manufacturer repair services may be available. Diagnostic or service fees may apply and must be approved before processing.

Mask Venting and Airflow

All masks are designed to release a controlled amount of airflow as part of normal operation. Returns based on airflow or venting characteristics are not accepted.

Water Chambers

Only distilled water should be used in humidifier water chambers. Use of tap or bottled water may cause mineral buildup and reduce product lifespan. Damage resulting from improper water use is not covered under warranty.

Warranties

New CPAP machines include a two-year warranty covering the device and power supply. Accessories such as hoses and water chambers include a six-month warranty.

All warranty service is handled directly through SISTEMMA. Products must be returned to SISTEMMA for evaluation, repair, or replacement.

Packaging

Products may be shipped in standard packaging to facilitate inspection, protection during transit, and verification of contents before shipment.

Buyer’s Responsibility

ICustomers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, specifications, and store policies prior to purchase. SISTEMMA is not responsible for incorrect assumptions regarding product features, compatibility, or usage.
