Shipping Policy
We ship orders both domestically and internationally. Customers may select available carriers and shipping speeds during checkout. If a preferred shipping option or delivery date is not listed, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Before Placing Your Order
All products ship from the United States. International buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.
A signature is required upon delivery for SistemmaCPAP.com orders. Carrier-provided delivery estimates for international shipments are approximate and should not be considered guaranteed.
International Orders
International orders shipped via DHL or UPS typically arrive within one to five business days, subject to customs processing times. Delivery may take longer during peak or holiday periods.
We do not ship to Spain and Mexico due to local import restrictions.
For shipments to China, buyers should ensure that shipping addresses are accurate and complete. China does not permit return shipments for incorrect addresses. Buyers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance, as losses resulting from address errors are the buyer’s responsibility.
International Fees and Duties
International buyers should expect to pay applicable import duties and taxes. Based on prior shipments, fees may range from approximately $83 CAD (Canada) to $120 USD in some regions of Asia and Europe. Actual charges vary by destination.
SISTEMMA is not a customs authority and cannot predict or estimate final customs charges. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
If an order is refused or returned due to customs fees, a refund will be issued, excluding outbound shipping costs.
Buyers may use third-party tools to estimate duties using HS Code 9019.20.0000.
Two-Day Delivery
Within the United States, “Two-Day Delivery” refers to two business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM Mountain Time ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM ship the following business day.
Example: A Two-Day Delivery order placed on Friday after 3:00 PM will ship Saturday and arrive Tuesday or Wednesday.
Fraud Protection
Due to an increase in fraudulent delivery claims, signature confirmation is required for all orders exceeding $200 USD. If no recipient is available, the carrier will attempt redelivery or provide instructions for package pickup.
Warranties
CPAP machines include a two-year warranty covering the device and power supply. Accessories, including water chambers and hoses, are covered by a six-month warranty.
Warranty service is handled directly through SISTEMMA. Products must be returned to SISTEMMA for evaluation, repair, or replacement. When applicable, manufacturer service may be arranged on the customer’s behalf.
