The AirCurve 10 ST-A is a spontaneously timed VPAP device with the most advanced respiratory algorithm available. Developed for real-time responsiveness and optimal therapy, the AirCurve 10 ST-A is ideal for CPAP as well as respiratory insufficiencies such as COPD, neuromuscular disease, restrictive lung disorders, and hypoventilation syndromes. Featuring ResMed’s sophisticated iVAPS (intelligent Volume-Assured Pressure Support) technology, the AirCurve 10 ST-A can track volume levels for precise adjustments to patient breathing changes. The AirView data management system makes remote sharing as easy as a few taps on a touchpad, and its Backup Rate (iBR) keeps patients at a safe baseline in the case of prolonged apnea events. For added safety, alarms are set to wake patients who do not respond to ventilation support.

iVAPS Intelligent Volume-Assured Pressure Support
The AirCurve 10 ST-A features ResMed’s proprietary iVAPS (intelligent Volume-Assured Pressure Support) technology. This technology adjusts to changes in breathing volumes with slight changes in support pressure. Along with an intelligent Backup Rate (iBR), the system is able to provide the most detailed and dynamic therapy available. In the event of anomalies, both fixed and adjustable alarms are provided for optimal safety. This also includes EPR-pausing capabilities, which will continue with pressure during apnea events and revert back to reduced expiratory pressure when normal breathing has returned.
Tailored Therapy
The AirCurve 10 ST-A was designed to be the most responsive, user-friendly therapy model available. In addition to its detailed automated data reports, the AirCurve 10 ST-A also displays patient SpO2, pulse rate, and current settings on-screen upon startup. And if you’d like to begin therapy without the fine-tuned adjustment just to see how things go, ResMed’s Essentials mode will leave settings at default until further data is collected. This is ideal for those who are unsure of which settings they would prefer.
Automated Sleep Reports
The AirCurve 10 ST-A's automated Sleep Reports will always be accessible to your doctor or clinical sleep specialist, allowing them to monitor your sleep health and therapy results on a daily basis. This feature has been advanced even further to include comprehensive data on everything from humidification levels and leak rate to events per usage hour and AHI, breath frequency, tidal volumes, minute ventilation, and more. Wifi is built in like any other device, without the need for additional setup before beginning therapy.
MyAir Therapy Support
ResMed's MyAir online support gives patients and doctors both access to daily reports and settings. SmartStart and SmartStop
