Only brand-new 11th-generation CPAP and BiPAP machines include a 2-year SistemmaCPAP warranty. Used, open-box, and refurbished equipment, earlier-generation machines, and oxygen concentrators include a 90-day SistemmaCPAP warranty. A product may also have separate manufacturer warranty coverage if it is still in effect. Review the listing or contact us to confirm coverage for this item.

<p><strong>Optional extended service coverage for eligible brand-new ResMed AirSense 11 and AirCurve 11 machines purchased from SistemmaCPAP.</strong></p><p>Coverage begins after the included 24-month machine warranty ends. Choose one or two additional years. The price is 25% of the covered machine selling price per additional year.</p><p>Coverage is limited to one approved claim or an aggregate benefit no greater than the original machine purchase price. SistemmaCPAP may repair the machine or provide a new or refurbished equivalent replacement. Standard replacement shipping and a return label are included; overnight shipping is a paid upgrade.</p><p>Not covered: consumables, masks, hoses, humidifier tubs, normal wear, accidents, water damage (including damage caused by overfilling), misuse, loss, theft, ozone damage, or unauthorized repair. Coverage applies only to the eligible machine identified on the order and is not transferable.</p>
