Used Trilogy 100 Ventilator.
The Trilogy 100 portable volume and pressure support ventilator with BiPAP technology is ideal for adult and pediatric use (5kg minimum use) either at home or in a clinical environment. Because it was designed for easy use and automated monitoring capabilities, the Trilogy 100 can be operated by the patient alone, or in the presence of the caregiver. Whether at home or in a professional healthcare setting, the Trilogy 100 makes invasive and noninvasive ventilation therapy less complicated with Philips Respironics' easily navigable screens and settings, offering both summary data and detailed readings for professional clinicians.
Reliability and Portability
The Trilogy 100 Ventilator provides continuous respiratory support for up to 24 hours a day. Highly portable with both external and internal hot-swappable detachable batteries, the Trilogy includes an easy-use carry bag that is wheelchair-mountable and weighs less than 25 lbs. Altogether, making your ventilation needs consistently reliable and easy to pack for therapy on the go.
Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure (Bi-Pap) is an electronic breathing mode used in the treatment of sleep apnea, lung disease, and to treat respiratory weakness such as ALS or COPD. This capability improves sleep quality, reduces daytime sleepiness, and in addition to respiration therapies, has been linked to progressions in cognitive ability and mental health.
The Trilogy 100 Auto-Trak adaptive algorithm will automatically adjust the triggering and cycling of the ventilator while compensating for any leaks. The Auto-Trak aids in patient synchrony and comfort without the periodic adjustments that some devices on the market require. Auto-Trak responds to the minimal respiratory effort, adapting to patient needs in real-time and as with permanently saved settings.
Trilogy 100 accessories include everything from educational training resources and advanced data software to extended warranties and maintenance plans. You can stay connected and keep caregivers informed with easy-to-use management software, and back everything up using SD memory cards. Trilogy is also connected to Care Orchestrator, a HIPAA-compliant cloud-based patient management system that can potentially save you a trip to the clinic. More than ever, the Philips product line allows for the most customized therapy plans available in medical equipment development.
Unique “Kiss Trigger”
Using the Trilogy 100’s mouthpiece ventilation, there is no inspiratory effort required to trigger a breath. The unique “kiss trigger” uses sensors to detect when a patient begins or stops using the mouthpiece, delivering ventilation at previously determined settings at the touch of the lips. This “kiss trigger” feature is yet another added convenience in a system designed for optimum comfort and adaptability.
The Trilogy 100 includes multiple Rx settings and on-screen waveforms to help optimize therapy settings and long-term treatment. Trilogy’s pressure- and volume-control features allow for multiple therapy modes in a single device, allowing for varying levels of ventilation and greater flexibility all around. Adapting with every breath, the AVAPS auto-titration mode uses multiple simultaneous algorithms to adjusts to patient breathing patterns.

We ship orders domestically and internationally. You can choose which carrier to use and which shipping speed. If you do not see an option you want, or if you want your order to be delivered by a specific date, please contact us.
Before Placing Your Order
Please understand that our products are shipped from the United States. Buyers are responsible for any import or customs dues, taxes, or fees. As a retailer, we do not know, nor can we predict, what these costs will be. In addition, someone MUST BE present to sign for SistemmaCPAP.com products upon delivery. In general, carrier estimated arrival dates on international orders are not accurate and should not be relied upon.
Buyer be Aware
It is a buyer's responsibility to familiarize himself/herself with our return and shipping policies or to contact us before making a purchase. We are not responsible for any buyer's mistake or incorrect assumption about a product sold on the website.
International orders shipped by DHL will arrive in one to five business days if the customs office in your country is not busy. It will take longer during holiday seasons.
We do not ship to Spain because they do not allow this equipment there. If you placed the order from Russia or China, it can only be shipped by DHL if you are an officially registered business. Nor Russia nor China does not allow DHL delivery to individuals. If you are not a business, your order will be shipped by USPS Priority or Express mail.
If you are a buyer from Mexico, we will ship your order by USPS Priority or Express mail (no DHL shipments).
If you are ordering from China, understand that China does not allow return shipments if the buyer’s address is incorrect. Buyers in China are encouraged to purchase insurance to secure items in the case that errors may occur, as the buyer will otherwise be liable for any loss due to incorrect, unreadable, or inconsistent shipping addresses.
International Fees and Duties
If you are an international buyer, expect to pay some amount of fees and duties. From our experience as a retailer, we have seen these charges as low as $83 Canadian, in the case of Canada, and as high as $120 USD for buyers from Asia and some European countries. These charges can vary a great deal between nations and territories.
We are not customs experts, so we do not know, nor can predict, what customs taxes or dues will be added to a shipment. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cover these charges. If a buyer changes his or her mind and decides to return an order due to customs fees, we will issue a full refund except for the shipping charges incurred.
The buyer can get a rough idea of the customs fees on the web site https://www.simplyduty.com. Please use HS code 9019.20.0000.
